Question	How do I make my hotel reservation?
Answer	The POG will be sent out in the new year with the registration form.

Answer	This will be billed to your hotel via affiliated prior to attending the conference.

Answer	If you wish to book further accommodation at the Hilton Amsterdam Schiphol outside of the conference dates, please book via Hilton.com (business) or Go Hilton (for personal travel). If for any reason you cannot attend the conference once you have registered. Please inform Helen Aston at helen.aston@hilton.com. Accommodation is as per cancellation charges as above. The delegate fee is non-refundable.

How do I book additional accommodation?

Answer

If you wish to book further accommodation at the Hilton Amsterdam Schiphol outside of the conference dates, please book via Hilton.com (business) or Go Hilton (for personal travel). If for any reason you cannot attend the conference once you have registered. Please inform Helen Aston at helen.aston@hilton.com. Accommodation is as per cancellation charges as above. The delegate fee is non-refundable.

Answer	Visitors must meet Amsterdam entry requirements to travel to the country. Amsterdam is a member of the EU, so most visitors do not require a Visa, just a valid Passport or ID card. Passports must be valid for at least 3 months after the date you plan to leave. Visit the Government of the Netherlands website for further information. Question	What is the Dress Code?
Answer	We want you to be comfortable and have fun therefore the Dress code is smart casual – smart jeans & trainers are acceptable. Ensure you pack for the weather as Amsterdam is mild during May. There will also be an awards gala dinner night which will be themed – dressing up advice to be announced!
